Professional Workshop : Transformational Questioning
Asking, so people find their own ways forward
Well-formed questions are often the key to unlocking understanding for both client and questioner alike. This one-day workshop is a practical exploration of useful questioning techniques for therapists, counsellors and others who work with people.
The theoretical focus is the 'meta-model' - a framework for gathering information and clarifying incomplete information - described by NLP's Bandler and Grinder from observing the work of family therapist, Virginia Satir, Gestalt therapist, Fritz Perls and hypnotherapist, Milton Erickson. In addition, we examine the therapeutic conversations' of Solution Therapy.
The day offers many opportunities to develop and strengthen questioning expertise through personal exercises and work with others. Participants will become practiced at questions to move people forward and to help them make the changes they desire.
Attendees receive a manual and Certificate of Continuous Professional Development.
